David Sabados

Born and raised in Northern Ontario, I joined the Canadian Armed Forces at 18 and spent 30 years serving my country while relocating across Canada. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of the challenges families face during long-distance moves. 

After retiring and choosing Moncton as my forever home, I became a Realtor to make that process easier for others. 

Today, I use my firsthand experience, local knowledge, and client-focused approach to help people relocate with confidence.

Tyler Sabados

Tyler Sabados brings a genuine, down-to-earth approach to real estate and takes pride in building strong relationships with the people he works with. 

As part of Double Edge Advantage Realty, he is committed to making every client feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
